My dearest Rensain,

I am quite let down by the royalty of this land and its inability to care for and/or look after its young. I have told you all that these silly politics were nothing but meaningless frivolities. However, as I am currently not in the possession of gainful employ, and I do so love to intrude upon places that neither call for nor appreciate my presence, I shall therefore agree to meet and hear your terms concerning this matter.

As a matter of professional pride, particularly from the point of view as a former Sect Commander and Duke of Draco, I would wish to pass along a bit of military advice to those of whom you are employed. Such advice is as follows: Do not bargain, do not negotiate, utilize all assets and resources. War is not diplomacy it is intellect, courage and overwhelming strategy.

Regardless, a meeting shall be in order for tomorrow eve - let us meet in my mansion at the Thunderlands. You can't miss it, you'll find its the biggest and only building on the entire plains. I'm sure the gentle rumblings of thunder will be calm for your soul, assuming you haven't sold it.

Not unfortunate in the least, you see my honest and humble, yet superior, opinion concerning the transparently distraught state of royal affairs is absolutely free. I would wound my conscience so to not do all within my power to aide this fair land. As for paying me, I have not received any form of compensation either in gold, corpses or souls. Though I would suggest waiting until you receive results for you know how devious those who practice the dark arts can be, nearly as debauched as politicians. Though you are right the thunder will no doubt soothe me, yet my soul has long since abandoned me it didn't wish to be seen with me, something about reputation.
