~she smiled and moved closer not breaking eye contact with him at all. as she help him with his trousers she then stepped back and slid off the robes she was trying not to giggle she loved how she knew him so well.~

He moved onto the bed, sliding towards her and wishing this arm would hurry up and heal.
There they lay in their warm embrace once again.

He fell asleep once again, in her arms.

He awoke with a start some time later, moving to wake Indis, forgetting she didn't sleep anymore.

We better head back to the cave, Jade will be meeting us there and will probably worry if we're not there when she gets there.

He rolled off the bed and put his trousers on, still fumbling with the fastener.

~she opened her eyes as he had stirred. She walked over to the book. Grabbed it and gave it art.~

"Here you are going to need this." ~inside the book was a small sack with silver coins in it.~

~she helped him with his trousers and buttoning his shirt and smiled at him.~

He took the closed book from her, looking at the spine. "Communicating With the Dead". he looked at her as she dressed him, and cocked an eyebrow.

You saying I don't communicate enough with you already? I don't remember you complaining earlier. He flashed that grin of his at her as she finished and stepped back.
He opened the book to see a sample chapter, and spotted the bag of silver.

Ohhhhh. So I'm now a... 'Man of the Night' to you, am I? You have your fun, pay me and move on?

He looked through the bag.

I'm only worth silver, to you, Elf? he put an accent of mock indignation in his voice.

~she grins~

"Well more coppers but I gave you a bonus from finally being back." ~she winks~

He widened his mouth in mock horror, and put a hand on the pendant around his neck.

Would the little Elf like to go home? It was the only threat he had over her, and he knew it.

~she tilted her head at him~

"If that is want you want." ~she closed her eyes and made them changed to green and got real close~

"do you really want to send me away My captain."

He felt his knees go weak as he gazed into those eyes, his hand dropping from the pendant. No, he didn't want to send her away. He wanted her to stay here with him forever.

No, I don't. He shook his head. I know what you're doing, and don't think you can wrap me around your little Elfish finger that easily... But he made no attempt to put his hand back up to the pendant.

"Well then pay your bill my captain and I shall meet you outside." ~she smiled kissed him and shifted to invisible.~

~she made her way over to Azure and waited for him. So they could make there way back to the camp.~

He took the bag of money and went downstairs to settle his bill, then outside to the stables, to get Azure back. He spotted the shimmering image of Indis already mounted on Azure, and could tell Azure knew something was happening. What a good horse he was.

He mounted Azure with ease, he'd often made one-handed mounts before, during his more flamboyant displays of masculinity. He felt his wife grip his sides as he trotted out of the city and hit the open road.

Sorry she's put on some weight Azure. I'm sure you can manage us both. Now, to the forest!
