Going to see Willow...

~looks at him~

"I think i will keep you there.." ~she pulled a sheet up on him~

"So..." ~she raised an eyebrow at him.~

~she grinned and glanced over but not at him~

"That was my idea."

~she then turned to face him and leaned on the bar.~

"Get your duty done?" ~she took a deep breath with him so close his scent driving her crazy.~

He squirmed around a little, knowing he didn't have anything to pick the lock with so he was effectivly stuck until she let him out. When Indis covered him up, he realised she was probably going to invite Willow back in. What WAS she doing?

Indy.. Darling.. You know I didn't mean it. Let me out and we can talk about this.

Not that he needed to be released in order to talk.. That was a rubbish bargaining chip Artimus! He realised he didn't have anything to bargain with, she held everything. The only thing he had left up his sleeve was... No.. that was going too far. He wouldn't do that. He sank back down, slowly resigning himself to this.

Can you at least scratch my nose? I've got a tingle on it.

~He looked over to the person behind the bar and ordered a whiskey.~

"Yeah" ~he said simply, without looking at her. He knocked the drink back~
"Where did you say you put your fathers horse?" ~he glanced down at the floor, frowning. He would never frequent somewhere like this, unless he was undercover or a crime had been commited. Damn girl, dragging him in here.~

~she climbed up on top of him and leaned on his chest. and scratched his nose.~

"We are alone and you have no where to go." ~she looked at the pendent and slipped it off him and placed it on the stand next to the bed.~

"and no sending me away." ~she looked at him.~

With a slow realization, he discovered she didn't appear mad at him for what he said. Which was good. He started to relax a bit, the muscles in his arms visibly shrinking as he stopped moving around.

Just.. me and you? You promise? He leaned forward to try and kiss her, but couldn't lift himself up far enough.

~she looks at him as he knocked back the whiskey~

"So lets get out of here I have a feeling that ..." ~she motioned down the bar at a few guys that was eyeing her up quite abit.~

~ml~ I haven't actually been in this place before. I spotted you across the way and just walked over here..I know silly girl.

~He turned around to look at the people she was indicating, which made them turn around fairly quickly.~

"What the hell are you Mind Linking me for? I'm standing right here. And the barkeep here knows this place is a dump. Don't be afraid to say it out loud."

~Still, he was keeping his voice low, but the barkeep did overhear.~

"Anyway, who says I want to go anywhere with you? I told you not to follow me, didn't I?"

~she looked at him and leaned to meet his kiss~

"Were never going to get away from the mage thing are we..." ~she reached up and undid one of the manacles then laid on his chest.~

He flexed his arm as it became free.

We are. We were. It's just.. You know you're the number one girl for me. No one else compares to you.

He ran his hand over her body, then started to move towards the other still-manacled hand.

~she looked at him and kept her voice low~

"I was trying not to be rude. And I didn't follow you... you followed me in here. So leave if you want am not forcing you to stay."

~she stood up and crossed her arms.~

"Matter of fact am going to go find a place to stay since it seems we are staying the night here too."

~she headed for the door.~

~she grabbed his free hand~

"Oh no you don't!" ~she grinned~

~she pulled his arm around her. she just wanted to be held. the mage thing... is this always going to get to me. She laid against him and the strangest thing happen. She had a tear run down her face as she looked up at him.~

~He walked up alongside her~

"You tell me to leave, and now you're leaving too. Sometimes I think you can't bear to be without me."

~he was keeping his voice low, seeing that people were trying to not pay attention to the pair of them.~

"You still upset because I left you alone and helpless in the forest?"
~he raised an eyebrow as he said it looked right at her. If anyone could see them they would think he was simply questioning her about something.~

Dammit, foiled in his plan to escape.

He looked at her and saw the tear, moving his free hand to wipe it away. He frowned.

What are you ups.... wait.. you can cry?

~she looked at him~

"Oh you wish... I think you can't be without me."

~she raised and tilted her head at him~

"Oh you left me alone but not helpless at all."

~she softly smiled~

"Must be left over from when I was possessing willow."

~she looked at him~

"Sorry I don't mean to.."

~she looks down not wanting to make eye contact~

"Yes, I saw you managed to escape fairly fast. I've got your clothes, by the way. If you want them back at some point." ~He paused for a moment.~

"So, we go our separate ways and send the night together in this city apart? I won't tell you I'll be staying at the tavern near the market. Good luck finding a place."

~He turned and opened the door.~

He moved despite his position. His voice was full of concern, yet soft.

Didn't mean to...? What's wrong? Indis, look at me. There's nothing wrong with crying!

He put his free arm around her, holding her for a hug, knowing she could break out of it anytime.

~she grinned~

"Yes well have a good night then." ~she turned to walk the other way.~


~she took a deep breath. why did he always get to her..she closed her eyes as she thought about him as she looped back around to head to the tavern where he was going to be stay as she watched him go in. She then moved around the building and glanced thru one of the windows. She then walked in over to the bar.~

~she glanced over~

"I heard they have one of the best whiskeys here."

~she looked at him her eyes full of tears~

"I am sorry am just being stupid...I haven't cried in so long and have wanted to from everything that has been going... you being back you asking me to be your wife and then us fighting... and seeing jade again and just everything."

~she was a sobbing mess.~

~He left the tavern, not even looking behind him as he walked confidently down the streets. He passed a row of shops, there were a few new businesses started up. A tea shop. He shook his head. You would never catch a real man drinking tea. Except for the kind who worried about what type of curtain went with the floor covering. He moved on. Hello, this was interesting. A glass works with a broken door. He turned towards the main city gates and sent a mind link out to the meatheads who were meant to be on duty.
"If you guys can bother to make a patrol once in a while, you might notice a glass shop in need of some attention." He didn't bother to hide his disgust at their operation.~

~He continued along, walking slowly, and then into the tavern. he spoke to the tavern owner and paid for a bottle of whiskey and a room for the night, and told him there was a chance a blonde haired, blue eyed woman in a red shirt might be following him in, in which case tell her which room he was in and here was an extra few coins for keeping quiet.~

~he then went to the room and sat on the bed with his whiskey and started to drink, waiting.~
~If he was wrong then no one would know. If he was right however.. He knew she would know he knew. And that made him smile.~

His voice remained calm and comforting. He continued to hold her close to him.

Let it all out. It's good to have a good cry every now and then.
He knew that by reading his journal she would have seen the amount of raw emotion he used to keep bottled up.

He suddenly jolted as he heard the Mind Link, clearly sent to any guard in the area. Sure he wasn't a guard any more, but for some reason he was still on their mailing list. His voice changed.

We've got a possible problem here. Get Willow back in.

~she walked over to the barkeep and he leaned over and told her where tib was without her even asking.~

~she grinned and paid for a bottle of whiskey and took it with her upstairs and she knocked on tibs door.~

"Room service."

~she looked up and wiped her face~

"What kinda of trouble?"

~she sat up~

"Doors open, come on in Jade."

~he stood up and removed his coat and boots, leaving only his shirt and pants. His shirt had his military rank on the sleeve (same as his coat has), but other than that it was white and very clean. And well pressed.~

"Well. In all the taverns, in all the city. Amd you come walking into this one."

~He gestured his whiskey bottle, then saw she had her own.~

"Now, shall we work on your trust issues."

~His voice was different from the previous times, earlier in the day. Now he was alone he was almost a different person, much like when they had first met.~
